John Rickauer is a licensed civil engineer in multiple states with over 25 years of experience. He provides engineering analysis to determine the cause of structural, geotechnical, and building material failures. He assesses damage to structures resulting from soil movement, snow/wind loads, water intrusion, inadequate design, etc, and can provide appropriate repair recommendations and design drawings.
John's new construction experience includes being the structural engineer of record for several thousand single and multi-family residential units in the Denver area. The vast amount of structural analysis and field work for these projects has provided a sound knowledge base on the built environment.
John also applies his knowledge of codes, standards, and OSHA, including specialized safety training, to analyze premise liability cases, including construction accidents involving ladders, scaffolds, aerial boom lifts, and other equipment.
